Half Day Camps

HALF DAY

AGES: 7-14 year old boys and girls
SKILL LEVEL: Beginner – Intermediate
DATES: June 18 – 21; July 16 – 19; August 6 – 9; August 20 – 23
TIME: 9am - 12pm
WHERE: The Home Depot Center
COST: $225 per person

Our Half-Day Camp is designed for boys and girls of all skill levels and abilities. Our coaches will instruct using age-appropriate technical and tactical exercises designed by LA Galaxy Camps Staff Coaches.

The focus for the younger player will be on personal technical development, while teaching important soccer qualities such as respect and discipline for the game. Team tactical concepts will be introduced as the week progresses.

Older players will experience game situations that challenge personal skills and team tactical concepts as the week progresses. All players will be put in an exciting soccer environment consisting of modern camp games, challenging skills demonstrations, and small-sided competitions.

The Half Day Soccer Camps run Monday through Thursday for three hours each day.

LITTLE KICKERS

AGES: 5 & 6 year old boys and girls
SKILL LEVEL: Beginner
DATES: June 18 – 21; July 16 – 19; August 6 – 9; August 20 – 23
TIME: 9am - 10:30am
WHERE: The Home Depot Center
COST: $115 per person

The 5 & 6 year olds begin with Little Kickers - an introductory soccer camp that meets once a day for an hour and a half each day. Half of the time is spent on skills presented in a supportive, fun atmosphere. The rest of the time is devoted to Micro Soccer (played 3 aside) and triangle play with a size #3 ball. These small-sided games introduce the players to soccer with an emphasis on individuality to become the best player they can be in a fun and supportive environment.
