Galaxy in Puerto Rico: First look at "La Islandera"

Juan Ramon Loubriel Stadium is a 36-year-old facility in the city of Bayamon,
Puerto Rico, which
is located just outside the city of San Juan. The stadium, which was first built with baseball in mind, sits next to a police station and across the street from Bayamon's courthouse.

Even though it has a strong baseball feel to it, "La Islandera" hasn't housed a baseball team since 2003 when the Vaqueros
de Bayamon
ceased operations.
The stadium has a funky design in which the light fixtures seem to sit right on top of the field of play. It also has these wires that go from the field to the roof. The press box and suites are all located on the same level, above the seats and below the roof. Capacity is listed at 12,500.
