"Galaxy Night with the Kings"
The night was filled with Galaxy-themed activities, starting with the ceremonial puck drop by a Galaxy players Todd Dunivant, Sean Franklin, Omar Gonzalez and Mike Magee, as well as Galaxy promotions and giveaways during timeouts and intermissions. The Kings Ice Crew also showed their support by wearing Galaxy t-shirts and hats.

Tues., March 8

Team visit to Children's Hospital Los Angeles

Beckham, Berhalter, Dunivant, Franklin, González, Jimenez, Magee and Stephens visited patients at Children’s Hospital, making room-to-room visits, taking photos, signing autographs and handing out Galaxy gifts to patients. VIEW PHOTOS

A Galaxy player will help The Home Depot and Univision make a family’s dream for their twin sons to live in a soccer-themed bedroom a reality.

In-studio Visits

Galaxy players along with Miss LA Galaxy Court Members and the Galaxy Street Team went in-studio to local media outlets CBS/KCAL, Telemundo, KWHY Ch. 22 and FS West. Players learned a lot about what goes into making a broadcast!

Soccer Practice Surprise

Galaxy players Michael Stephens and AJ DeLaGarza made a surprise visit to the Hollywood AYSO Region 78 practice tonight. Kids got a little hands on training from the pros and autographs after practice. VIEW PHOTOS

Meet the Rookies!

Galaxy rookies Dan Keat, Dustin McCarty, Hector Jimenez, Jack McBean, Miguel Lopez, Paolo Cardozo and Ryan Thomas signed autographs while fans browsed some of the new 2011 Galaxy merchandise. Miss LA Galaxy Lara and court members Monique and Chelsea also greeted fans and handed out special gifts, including a Galaxy beanie, tshirt and bracelet. PHOTOS

2011 Galaxy Kick Off Luncheon presented by Herbalife
Galaxy fans enjoyed a buffet lunch and plenty of surprises from Galaxy players and staff! Some lucky fans received scarves from the players, while others were recipients of autographed Galaxy balls.  After the event, players continued to do interviews with ESPN TV and Radio properties.
