U-16’S AND U-18’S FALL TO COSMOS IN DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY ACTION: The LA Galaxy Academy teams lost a pair of games to Cosmos Academy West on Saturday with the U-16’s falling 1-0 and the U-18’s falling 2-0. For the U-18’s, the loss snapped a two-game unbeaten streak and was the first time they had been shutout in more than a month. The U-16’s suffered just their third loss of the season and were shutout for the first time all year.
Both teams are back in action with a pair of games this weekend in SoCal Division play. On Saturday, they take on Irvine Strikers on Field #7 at The Home Depot Center with the U-18’s kicking off at 1 p.m. and the U-16’s following at 3:30 p.m. They are in action at the same times on Sunday against Pateadores on Field #5 at The Home Depot Center.
