L.A. really does have the best fans in the country.
The LA Galaxy are sitting atop the Western Conference with the most points in Major League Soccer thanks to the thousands of passionate fans who come out to support us at The Home Depot Center every home game.
Soon, you may have something even bigger to cheer about: a brand new football stadium and event center right in the heart of the Los Angeles.
It'll be called Farmers Field, and not only will it bring thousands of jobs and billions in revenue to Los Angeles, it will also host L.A.’s brand new NFL team. But first we have to show our fellow Angelenos that we support this great project.
Already, thousands of people have signed the official petition for Farmers Field. Will you?

Building Farmers Field will make it easier than ever for L.A. soccer fans to catch the best matches the world has to offer. The 68,000-seat, state-of-the-art stadium will be a staple venue for international and club friendlies being played in the United States.
And with the ability to add 10,000 additional seats for special events, downtown Los Angeles and Farmers Field will be a big part of our next bid to host the FIFA World Cup.
I experienced firsthand the outpouring of support for the U.S. National Team last summer in South Africa. I was so proud of the way you and other soccer fans in L.A. came alive to cheer us on, and I know you wouldn’t want to miss out on the chance to see World Cup soccer in downtown L.A.
That’s why I’m supporting Farmers Field. Will you join me?
