In their most recent USL PRO match, LA Galaxy II earned a 1-1 road draw against Arizona United SC at Peoria Sports Complex last Saturday evening as forward Travis Bowen opened the scoring for Los Dos at the 17th minute of the game. Galaxy II captain Rafael Garcia lofted a ball into the box form the right-wing allowing Jack McBean to jump in the air and back-heeled the ball into empty space near the top of the box, for Bowen who rifled the ball into the back of the net. Arizona United pulled an equalizer on a second-half strike at the 54th minute from Arizona defender Scott Morrison.

Led by head coach Adrian Heath, Orlando City SC enters the match after defeating the Dayton Dutch Lions in USL PRO play last Sunday to set a new club record for unbeaten matches. The victory propelled Orlando’s unbeaten record to 15 matches in a row, surpassing the original record of 14 games which was set during the 2012 campaign. Orlando currently tops the USL PRO standings with 39 points, and remains the only undefeated team in the league going into Week 15.

Orlando City SC were eliminated from the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on Tuesday, June 17 following a 5-1 loss to Major League Soccer’s Colorado Rapids in the fourth round of the competition at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. The win by the Rapids marked the first loss for Orlando City against Colorado as the Lions took a 3-1 victory in last year’s edition of the Open Cup.

After the clash against the Lions, Los Dos will return home on Friday, July 4 when they host Arizona United SC at 4:00 p.m. PT as part of a double header with the LA Galaxy match against the Portland Timbers at 8:00 p.m. PT at StubHub Center.
