New LA Galaxy Designated Player Steven Gerrard played his final game at Anfield for Liverpool FC on Saturday.
The results did not go the team's way as Liverpool fell 3-1 to Crystal Palace, but the defeat ran secondary to Gerrard's last game at the stadium that has been his home ground for nearly two decades. Gerrard will join the Galaxy this summer after more than 700 appearances for the Reds.
