A penalty kick goal by Honduras' Andy Najar helped Honduras canceled out a first half strike by Panama's Luis Tejada. The LA Galaxy goalkeeper made five saves in the draw.
Penedo and Panama will face the United States in their final group stage match on July 13 at Sporting Park.
