Uruguay forward Luis Suarez will headline the 24-man roster named by FC Barcelona head coach Luis Enrique for the club's upcoming international friendlies including their match against the LA Galaxy on Tuesday at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.
Suarez will join the likes Gerard Pique, Andres Iniesta and Ivan Rakitic in a squad that will still be loaded with talent despite the omission of several of their biggest stars. Not included on the roster is the contigent wo played in the 2015 Copa America which includes Lionel Messi, Neymar, Dani Alves, Javier Mascherano, and Claudio Bravo. The five players were each given extended holidays by the club after their international participation.
Also included in the squad are new Barcelona signings Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal who will be unable to play competitive matches for Barcelona until January due to the club's transfer ban.
