CARSON, Calif. -- Robbie Keane and Steven Gerrard were named to Major League Soccer's Team of the Week for week 20 of the MLS regular season.
Keane and Gerrard combined to help the LA Galaxy rally from an early two goal deficit to the San Jose Earthquakes to defeat their hated rivals 5-2 on Friday. During the win, Keane notched three goals while Gerrard tallied a goal and an assist in his league debut.
Also named to the squad's 'bench' was midfielder Sebastian Lletget who scored a goal in the victory.
