CARSON, Calif. (Monday, Aug. 17, 2015) – LA Galaxy II will play in a USL Regular Season match at StubHub Center this Sunday, Aug. 23 at 3 p.m. PT when they face Seattle Sounders FC 2 following the LA-New York matchup.
Sunday will feature a doubleheader with LA Galaxy and LA Galaxy II. All fans with tickets to the MLS match between LA Galaxy and New York City FC (12 p.m. PT) will have access to the USL match between LA Galaxy II and Seattle Sounders FC 2 (3 p.m. PT) at StubHub Center. Fans that only have tickets to the LA Galaxy II-Seattle Sounders FC 2 USL match will not have access to the MLS match between LA and New York.
On Saturday, LA Galaxy II earned a dramatic 3-2 comeback victory over Austin Aztex at Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex, the new home for the USL club in Texas. Two goals by Jack McBean and one from Bradley Diallo were enough to earn three points on the road.
The result put Galaxy II just two points out of first place in the Western Conference standings.
