LA Galaxy Academy product Abraham Romero kept a shutout for Mexico in their 2-0 win over Argentina at the U-17 FIFA World Cup in Chile.
Mexico scored in each half as Kevin Magana opened the scoring before Francisco Venegas sealed the victory for El Tri. Romero made five saves as he kept the talented Argentina attack off the scoreboard.
Mexico returns to action on Oct. 21 against Australia.
