GUATEMALA CITY, Guatemala – The LA Galaxy and Herbalife teamed up to enrich the lives of the folks of Hospicio San Jose during the club’s trip to Guatemala for CONCACAF Champions League play.
The two groups donated a total of $7,500 worth of donations that included food supplies, other items as well as soccer balls and sports equipment. The donations were awarded to the Hospice which provides care and treatment to those born with HIV. The organization treats Guatemalan residents from newborns to mid-20s dealing with the virus.
