After reporting to U.S. camp in Miami last week, Zardes had the chance to press his own U.S. No. 9 jersey for the USMNT's upcoming World Cup qualifiers. Zardes, Galaxy teammate Alan Gordon and the rest of the USMNT will face St. Vincent & The Grenadines on Nov. 13 in St. Louis and Trinidad and Tobago in Port-of-Spain on Nov. 17.
