CARSON, Calif. -- The LA Galaxy did not make any selections in Stage 1 of the MLS Re-Entry Draft on Friday.
Only two teams made selections on Friday as FC Dallas acquired former Portland Timbers forward Max Urruti while Sporting Kansas City selected ex-Chicago Fire goalkeeper Alec Kann. All four former LA Galaxy players available for selection (Brian Perk, Tommy Meyer, Charlie Rugg and Donovan Ricketts) were not chosen.
Players not selected during Stage 1 of the Re-Entry Draft remain eligible for Stage 2 which will take place on Dec. 17.
