Everyone gets a little emotional when they meet their idols, even professional soccer players.
On Tuesday, U.S. national team and Chicago Fire midfielder Matt Polster had an opportunity to meet with Galaxy midfielder, Steven Gerrard. A Liverpool fan as a kid, Polster was understandably emotional when he met LFC's most famous player of all time.
Not only did Gerrard pose for a photo with Polster, but the Galaxy midfielder commented on the 22-year-old's Instagram post, wishing him luck for the season ahead.
