LA Galaxy II will take on University of Nevada Las Vegas in its third preseason exhibition ahead of the 2016 USL Regular Season. Los Dos are 2-0 in preseason scrimmages so far, with two 3-2 wins over San Diego State University and Cal State Fullerton.
In two games, forwards Jack McBean and Adonis Amaya have two goals apiece. Bradford Jamieson IV and Denzel Slager have added one each.
Slager switched Southern California home fields when he signed with Los Dos earlier this week after a strong USL debut with the Orange County Blues in 2015. Slager had two assists and six goals in 21 appearances across all competitions for the Blues last season, but his 2015 season ended at the hands of Los Dos in the USL Western Conference semifinals
Galaxy II will host UNLV at StubHub Center on Saturday at 7:30. This and more scrimmages will follow as Galaxy II continue preparations for the 2016 USL Regular Season campaign, beginning on Saturday, March 26 against Arizona United SC at StubHub Center.
