CARSON, Calif. – Los Dos are back to work after rounding out last week with a 5-0 win over University of Nevada Las Vegas on Saturday.
This week, Galaxy II are scheduled to train each day ahead of a friendly exhibition on Friday against Loyola Marymount University at 7:30 p.m at StubHub Center.
Bradford Jamieson IV, Jack McBean (2), Jose Villarreal and Adonis Amaya all scored in Los Dos’ convincing 5-0 win on Saturday night as Galaxy IIextended its preseason record to 3-0-0.
In other news, the club announced the signing of former Orange County Blues winger Denzel Slager last week. Slager, 22, comes to Galaxy II after spending one season with the Blues. Slager had two assists and six goals in 21 appearances across all competitions for Orange County in 2015. During his professional career, Slager has spent time in the Netherlands with RKC Waalwijk (Eredivisie) and Coventry City (English League One).
