CARSON, Calif. -- LA Galaxy legend Landon Donovan will serve as a studio analyst for Time Warner Cable SportsNet starting in May, the club announced on Tuesday.
The all-time leading goal scorer for club and country will begin serving as an analyst for select matches and broadcasts throughout the season starting on May 11. Donovan will be joined by former Galaxy and U.S. national team star Clint Mathis, who will serve as the lead studio analyst.
Television work is nothing new for the retired soccer star, who has also served as an analyst for ESPN and Fox Sports over the past two years.
