The Galaxy are 28-20-12 all-time against the Earthquakes, scoring 85 goals and allowing 81. In home matches against San Jose, LA have gone 18-5-5 with a +21 goal differential. In last year’s California Clásico at StubHub Center, the Galaxy earned a 5-2 win over the Earthquakes on July 7. San Jose is one of three teams in MLS with a perfect 2-0-0 record, having defeated Colorado Rapids and Portland Timbers to start the season.

This season, the Galaxy are 1-0-0 at StubHub Center, scoring four goals while allowing just one. The Galaxy have been one of the most successful MLS teams at home during the last four seasons, scoring 121 total goals at StubHub Center, the most of any team. The Galaxy’s home MLS record throughout the last four seasons is 36-5-11, with 121 goals for and just 39 against. Since 2014, the Galaxy have only lost three MLS games at StubHub Center.

The LA Galaxy fell to the Colorado Rapids on the road Saturday night on a late stoppage-time winner from the hosts. Goalkeeper Brian Rowe, starting in place of Dan Kennedy, recorded eight saves during the match, tying his previous career high. Ahead of Saturday’s fixture, Robbie Keane is just five goals shy of scoring 100 goals with the Galaxy across all official competitions. Keane, in 110 MLS Regular Season appearances, has scored 74 goals for LA.

Following their match against the Quakes, the Galaxy have a break in MLS play before traveling for a match against the Vancouver Whitecaps at BC Place on Saturday, April 2.
