Brian Rowe nominated for MLS Save of the Week

CARSON, Calif. (Tuesday, July 28, 2015) – LA Galaxy goalkeeper Brian Rowe has been nominated for MLS Save of the Week in Week 21 for his diving stop during the team's 3-0 defeat to the Houston Dynamo.



Rowe came up with a huge with a diving save in the 79th minute when Dynamo midfielder Brad Davis took a long-range shot, but the Galaxy 'keeper was there to deny Davis, tipping it just wide. The 26-year-old goalkeeper made four saves in the Galaxy’s defeat on the road.


Fans can vote for Rowe here. The winner will be announced on Friday.


Rowe goes up against Jeff Attinella (RSL), Tyler Deric (HOU), Steve Clark (CLB), Josh Saunders (NYC).
