On June 17, the two sides drew 2-2 in Tulsa and in a rare bit of scheduling they’ll face each other in back-to-back regular season matches on Friday night.

In the match, first half goals from Jefrey Payeras and Jack McBean had Los Dos ahead 2-0 before Tulsa forward Sammy Ochoa earned and ensuingly converted a penalty kick just ahead of halftime. A goal shortly after halftime leveled the score, as a Tulsa corner kick found its way into the back of the net after taking a deflection off of goalkeeper Bennett Sneddon and bouncing in.

Galaxy II came close to finding a game-winning goal, but were unable to find the finishing touch for three points on the night. Los Dos came closest when McBean had a shot that was cleared off the line just minutes before the final whistle.

Despite the result, Tulsa remains the last-place team in the Western Conference with just eight points on the year. Roughnecks FC has allowed the most goals in the league (30) and have the worst goal differential (-16). Los Dos, on the other hand, have scored the most goals in the USL (29).

Los Dos have now played 15 games this year; they are exactly halfway through the 2016 USL Regular Season campaign. Heading into the second half of the season, they sit fourth in the USL Western Conference with 23 points behind Colorado Springs Switchbacks (23 points, 7 wins), Sacramento Republic (24 points) and Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 (28 points).
