MATCHUPS TO WATCH:
ROBBIE KEANE vs. WHITECAPS DEFENSE

The Galaxy will welcome back their captain to the fold on Monday. Keane typically struggles when returning from international duty, but the Galaxy forward will be motivated to snap the team’s recent offensive struggles.

STEVEN GERRARD vs. MATIAS LABA

Gerrard enjoyed a strong second half against the San Jose Earthquakes last weekend and will hope to build on that success on Monday against the talented Laba. Against the Whitecaps, Gerrard will hope to push forward into the attack and connect with the rest of the Galaxy front four.

KEKUTA MANNEH vs. AJ DELAGARZA

DeLaGarza will need every ounce of speed when he faces off against the speedy Manneh. Positioning will be vital for DeLaGarza as Manneh will seek to exploit any gaps in the Galaxy defense.

WHAT THEY’RE SAYING:

“I think with a full complement of players back, there are no excuses for us not being able to score goals.”
