CARSON, Calif. -- Multiple reports have linked the LA Galaxy with a move for Mexican midfielder Jonathan dos Santos, the younger brother of Galaxy forward Giovani dos Santos.
Goal.com's Ives Galarcep reported on Monday that the Galaxy have interest in signing the 26-year-old midfielder currently with Spanish side C.F. Villarreal. Galarcep's report was later followed by another by ESPN FC's Jeffrey Carlisle.The Mexican midfielder is enjoying a career year with Villarreal, having made 15 appearances across all competitions with three goals and two assists.
Last year, Giovani dos Santos told reporters that his brother was interested in a potential move to the Galaxy.
