LA Galaxy Alliance Club Families,

In an effort to better serve the needs of soccer throughout Southern California, the LA Galaxy have decided to move away from having five specific Alliance Clubs. As part of this approach, the LA Galaxy will be able to provide greater support through programming, coaching education and technical resources across the entire soccer community in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas.

The LA Galaxy Alliance Club system has provided a number of opportunities for young players throughout Southern California and has been instrumental in advancing player development. Since its inception it has provided a pathway for youth development from recreational soccer through to collegiate and professional levels.

Thank you for your steadfast support of your youth club and the LA Galaxy. You have been an integral part of the success of these clubs and will continue to be the driving principle of each club going forward.

The LA Galaxy will remain involved with each of your clubs, however, this move will empower each club to independently serve the local community. While the name and crest on each club will change, the LA Galaxy will still provide technical support and coaching education to define a development pathway that is catered to each club and each individual player.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to working with you in this new capacity.

Chris Klein

President, LA Galaxy
