No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Balls Recipe

This recipe yields 10 servings of 2 balls (20 balls total).

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or your favorite nut or seed butter)
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 scoops Herbalife24® Enhanced Protein Powder: Natural Flavor*1

Method:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well-combined.
  2. Using either clean hands or a #40 scoop (cookie scoop), form 20 balls from the mixture. If the mixture is difficult to handle with bare hands, you can place the mixture in the refrigerator for ~30 minutes to make it easier to roll into a ball-shape.
  3. Spread energy balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until set (about 1 hour).
  4. Remove the prepared Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip  Protein Balls from the freezer and enjoy!
  5. Place any leftover energy balls in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator to prolong freshness. These energy balls should last 3-5 days in the fridge.
