CARSON, Calif. (Thursday, October 21, 2010) – LA Galaxy defender Sean Franklin, along with the Galaxy Street Team and members of the Miss LA Galaxy court, will be participating in the Kids Wish Network’s Holiday of Hope event on Thursday, October 21 to brighten the lives of between 250 and 300 pediatric patients and their siblings at the White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles. Franklin will sign autographs and take photos with the children.
Kids Wish Network’sHoliday of Hope was established to provide children who are confined to the hospital, and their siblings, with the magic of a memorable day of gifts and special guests, as well as to establish a community bond with the hospitals that care for these children. Kids Wish Network, established in 1997, is dedicated to helping children in crisis by granting their wishes and providing them with hope and comfort and joy.
