More than 2,000 prizes were given away on Sunday at the Galaxy's final regular season match. Dubbed "Fan Appreciation Night," the 25,000 fans in attendance were surprised with prizes and contests from the time they drove in until the last player left the field after the match.
Galaxy staff handed out
"I was walking around the stadium with my mom before the game, and a person who works for the Galaxy just gave my mom a $25 gift card to See's Candies. That was so awesome. We love See's Candies."

Players surprised fans after the match by kicking out autographed Galaxy soccer balls and then staying to sign autographs from the field. Said one fan, "Landon Donovan stayed late and signed autographs for a really long time! He had been signing for quite some time before he got to me and signed my jersey. It is getting framed and going up on the wall. It made my year!"
