The votes are in! Through an exciting and first-of-its-kind Facebook application, the LA Galaxy, along with Herbalife and adidas allowed fans to decide what the club’s 3rd kit will look like for the 2013 and 2014 seasons. Fans were able to cast their votes between June 8-22, selecting one of the five final kits.
Last month, the 5th place kit was revealed to be Angel Houts' Laker-inspired design.
Without further adieu...
In fourth place, with 11.8% of the total vote, is Jeremy Marcus.
Jeremy told LAGalaxy.com that his kit was inspired by the old gold jersey with the green stripe. He wanted the third kit to be a throwback to the past with a modern twist.
Check back each month as we unveil the results and see which kit will be the Galaxy’s 2013-14 3rd Kit! The winning kit will be unveiled at the team's October 6 match vs Real Salt Lake, also Fan Appreciation Night. More information about events surrounding the release of the winning kit and pre-ordering will be revealed in the coming months.
