Tickets for How Suite It Is! on sale until Friday

CARSON, Calif. (Wednesday, August 22, 2012) – The LA Galaxy Foundation and The Home Depot Center Charitable Foundation’s sixth annual How Suite It Is!, presented by el Jimador, fundraiser will be hosted on Sunday, August 26 and the final remaining tickets are on sale now. The event, which will be held on the East Terrace of The Home Depot Center starting at 2 p.m. and will run all the way up to kickoff of that afternoon’s game against FC Dallas, which is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.


Tickets for How Suite It Is! are available online at www.lagalaxy.com/community/howsuiteitis until 10 a.m. on Friday, August 24. Event tickets cost $100 and require a ticket to Sunday’s game while a limited number of VIP Event Suite tickets are available for $150. The VIP tickets include a ticket to that afternoon’s game, the opportunity to watch pregame warmups from fieldside and a special postgame meet and greet with Galaxy players A.J. DeLaGarza, Landon Donovan, Todd Dunivant, Omar Gonzalez, Robbie Keane and Mike Magee as well as special guest appearance by Galaxy legend Cobi Jones during the event.


All proceeds from How Suite It Is! will be donated to the LA Galaxy Foundation and The Home Depot Center Charitable Foundation. Guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to attend the event.


How Suite It Is!, presented by el Jimador, is sponsored in part by Watson Land Company, and will feature tastings of Sonoma-Cutrer Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Korbel Champagne, Herradura Tequila and Shock Top Wheat I.P.A., as well as signature el Jimador “Galaxy Blue” cocktails. DJ Shawn Diggy will spin live while R&B pop vocal artist Vaughn Anthony, the younger brother of Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter John Legend, will perform.


Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and samplings from Sprinkles Cupcakes and Inside Scoop Ice Cream as well as a mystery envelope drawing. This year’s event will also feature a jewelry shopping opportunity with Stella & Dot with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Foundations.


Each attendee will receive a gift bag featuring items from: Branch + Cotton, Erin Condren, Farmers Field, Herbalife, Imbibe Magazine, LA Galaxy, ModCloth, Natural History Museum, Paramount Farms, popchips, Rosebud Perfume Company and Yes to Inc.
