Edson Buddle's strike in the 69th minute was his first goal since returning from knee surgery. Buddle last tallied on May 26 against the Houston Dynamo.
Around the 70th minute mark, the Angel City Brigade traveling support section left the stadium. No word yet on the reasoning behind the decision.
