Time change for LA Galaxy-Colorado Rapids late July match

CARSON, Calif. (Tuesday, July 9, 2013) – The LA Galaxy’s road game against the Colorado Rapids on Saturday, July 27 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park will now kick off at 4 p.m. (PT). Additionally, the game will be shown live nationally on ESPN2 and ESPN Deportes. KTLK 1150 AM and KWKW 1330 AM ESPN Deportes Radio will still carry the game on English and Spanish as scheduled.


The game was originally scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. (PT) and be shown on Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Time Warner Cable Deportes.


Currently in the midst of a two-game winning streak, the LA Galaxy will be back in action on Saturday, July 13 when they head north to take on the Portland Timbers at JELD-WEN Field. The game between the two teams that are tied for third place in the Western Conference kicks off at 8 p.m. and can be seen live nationally on NBC Sports Network. The Galaxy return home the following weekend to take on Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Saturday, July 20. That game, which is presented by First 5 California, kicks off at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are on sale now.
