LA Galaxy host FC Dallas and the Philadelphia Union | Weekly Schedule

CARSON, Calif. (Monday, May 19, 2014) – The LA Galaxy (2-3-3, 9 points) return home to StubHub Center after a four game road swing to take on FC Dallas on Wednesday, May 21 at 7:30 p.m. PT live on Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Time Warner Cable Deportes. Bruce Arena’s squad will play its third game in nine days when the Galaxy host the Philadelphia Union at StubHub Center on Sunday, May 25 at 5 p.m. PT live on Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Univision Deportes Network. 


The Galaxy are 21-5-4 against FC Dallas in matches played in Southern California, with the Galaxy winning four of their last five consecutive matches against the Dallas side at StubHub Center. The Galaxy – FC Dallas match will serve as Military Appreciation Night. LA Galaxy defender AJ DeLaGarza donated $1,000 to host service people as a thank you for their efforts and to honor them for their service.


New Galaxy signing Jacob Trainor, who joined the club last week via the Make-A-Wish Foundation, will be on hand to watch the LA Galaxy – FC Dallas match. The 15-year-old from Pelham, Ala. will lead the team out and will watch the match field side. Trainor will train with the Galaxy on Tuesday, May 20.


On Sunday, the Galaxy will host the Galaxy Family Reunion with a Galaxy Alumni game starting at 2pm, the Galaxy taking on the Union at 5pm and Galaxy II challenging OKC Energy FC at 8pm all at StubHub Center. The Galaxy are 4-1-1 all-time against the Union.
