CARSON, Calif. (Saturday, July 4, 2015) – LA Galaxy II (9-5-1, 28 points) will host OKC Energy FC this Sunday, July 5 at 5 p.m. PT at StubHub Center’s main stadium. The match will be streamed live on www.lagalaxy.com with Joe Tutino calling all the action.

The match Sunday will feature free parking, $2 tacos from Chancho’s Tacos and $2 beer in addition to free entry for fans ages 12 and under. Select LA Galaxy Season Ticket Members also receive free entry to the match.
The match will mark the first meeting between the Galaxy and OKC Energy FC this season. With a total of four matches between the two clubs in the 2014 USL season, Los Dos were able to earn three points from every match, going 4-0-0.
Led by head coach Jimmy Nielsen, OKC Energy FC are in their second season of USL play and have gone 7-5-3 with 24 points on the year. The team is led in goals by Danni Konig, who has scored ten on the season, with Chuy Sanchez notching two goals and two assists in 14 appearances.
Los Dos are coming off of a comprehensive 4-2 victory over Tulsa Roughnecks FC Saturday night at ONEOK Field behind two goals from forward Bradford Jamieson IV and one each from midfielder Raul Mendiola, and forward Ariel Lassiter. Lassiter currently leads the team with seven goals this season while midfielder Raul Mendiola has a USL-high eight assists. Galaxy II have won nine of their last 11 USL matches, enough to propel them to within three points of first place in the Western Conference standings.
Following the match against OKC, Los Dos will travel north to Bonney Field for a match against Sacramento Republic FC on Sunday, July 11 at 8 p.m. PT.
