LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Monday, March 20, 2017) – LA Galaxy II will open the 2017 USL Regular Season at home this Saturday, March 25 against Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2, presented by Bare Republic (2:00 p.m. PT, StubHub Center Track & Field Stadium) streamed live on www.lagalaxy.com. Fans can save when they buy tickets online in advance; tickets to the match can be purchased here. The LA Galaxy will train at StubHub Center this week during a bye week in MLS play, with their next match set for Saturday, April 2 on the road against Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
On Saturday, LA Galaxy II Head Coach Mike Muñoz will man the sidelines for the first time, the new leader of a club that has qualified for the playoffs in all three years of competition. Seven players from the 2016 LA Galaxy II roster return for 2017, along six new signings: Miguel Aguilar, Justin Dhillon, Robert Castellanos, Tyler Turner, Andre Zanga, and Jean Engola.

The LA Galaxy earned their first win of the 2017 Major League Soccer Season on Saturday night against Real Salt Lake. After falling behind 1-0, goals from Dave Romney and Emmanuel Boateng gave the Galaxy three points in a 2-1 victory on the road at Rio Tinto Stadium. It marked LA’s first win at Salt Lake in their previous six games.
