LOS ANGELES (Wednesday, July 26, 2017) – LA Galaxy forward Jack McBean has been issued a one-game suspension and an undisclosed fine for serious foul play that endangered the safety of an opponent in the 43rd minute of the Galaxy’s match against the New England Revolution on July 22.
McBean will serve the suspension during the Galaxy’s match on Saturday, July 29 against Seattle Sounders FC (7 p.m. PT, ESPN).
McBean has made eight starts and 14 appearances for the LA Galaxy this season, recording two goals and one assist on the campaign. He’ll next be available for selection when the Galaxy travel to face Portland Timbers on Sunday, Aug. 6 at Providence Park (1 p.m. PT, ESPN).
