After three home games in seven days, LA Galaxy II head north for a rivalry match with Sacramento Republic FC at 7:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, Sept. 16 at Papa Murphy’s Park in Sacramento (streamed live on LAGalaxy.com/2).
Los Dos get Republic FC for the second time this season, seeking revenge after suffering a 3-2 loss to the Northern California side at StubHub Center Track & Field Stadium earlier this year on June 25. In that match, LA conceded three goals in the opening 20 minutes. They tallied two second-half goals from Justin Dhillon and Adrian Vera, but the comeback ultimately fell short.
Last weekend, Los Dos turned in a 1-1 home draw against San Antonio FC at StubHub Center Track & Field Stadium, as a header from Jean Engola was undone by a late equalizer from San Antonio.
