LA Galaxy Academy products Efrain Alvarez and Ethan Zubak were named to USL Team of the Week for their historic role in Los Dos' victory against Saint Louis FC. Alvarez was also named USL Player of the Week.
Both Alvarez and Zubak recorded their first professional hat tricks to seal a 6-3 win over Saint Louis FC last Wednesday. At age 15, Alvarez became the youngest player to score a hat trick in USL history. Next up, LA Galaxy II will take on Portland Timbers 2 away in Portland, Ore.
