LA Galaxy II's Efrain Alvarez was named to USL Team of the Week for the second time this season.
Alvarez recorded two goals during Los Dos' away match against Portland Timbers 2 on May 18. He has scored in back-to-back games, with is goals combined in his last three matches. Next up, LA Galaxy II will take on Rio Grande Valley FC away in Edinburg, Tex.
