LA Galaxy II (10-15-6, 36 points) are on the road to face Seattle Sounders FC 2 (5-20-5, 20 points) at 7 p.m. PT on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at Cheney Stadium in Seattle before returning home to host Sacramento Republic FC (16-7-8, 56 points) for Los Dos’ last home game of the 2018 season. LA Galaxy II vs. Sacramento Republic FC
On July 1, Los Dos secured a 5-3 victory against Seattle Sounders FC 2 at StubHub Center Track & Field Stadium. Geoffrey Acheampong and Frank Lopez opened the scoring in that match, and Alvarez recorded a brace to help the Galaxy earn the win.
LA Galaxy II will then return home to host Sacramento Republic FC at 7:30 p.m. PT on Saturday, Oct. 6 at StubHub Center Track & Field Stadium. In their only meeting of the 2018 season, Los Dos enjoyed another massive result against Sacramento, earning a 4-1 victory on the road. In that match, Miguel Aguilar, Ethan Zubak, Frank Lopez and Jean Engola were able to beat out Sacramento’s goalkeeper to help Los Dos secure the win.
During the Galaxy’s last contest at home, the team earned a convincing win at home against Real Monarchs SLC (17-12-3, 54 points) with a 6-1 victory. Los Dos had complete control over the game for the full 90 minutes. In the match, Efrain Alvarez recorded his second career professional hat trick, while Adrian Vera, Frank Lopez and Ethan Zubak also contributed to the scoreline.
