 What options do I have to pay for 2021 Galaxy Season Tickets?

Pay in Full: 100% at time of purchase

12 Installments: at time of purchase, 10/15/20, 11/15/20, 12/15/20, 1/15/21, 2/15/21, 3/15/21, 4/15/21, 5/15/21, 6/15/21, 7/15/21, 8/15/21

 How do I get playoff tickets?

LA Galaxy Season Ticket Members get access to Playoff “Pay-As-We Play” strips. The strips include tickets to all LA Galaxy home playoff games at Dignity Health Sports Park. Platinum Season Ticket Members have all playoff games except MLS Cup included in their season ticket plan.

 How does “Pay-As-We-Play” work for the playoffs?

When the Galaxy clinch a home playoff game, the credit card used to pay for season tickets will be charged for the provided cost of one guaranteed home game.

This payment method continues automatically for the entire postseason until the Galaxy no longer have scheduled home games.

Once signed up, you’ll receive all your playoff tickets via AXS Mobile ID with each one being activated as we qualify for each round.

 American Express Incentive

The LA Galaxy proudly accept American Express. Use American Express to renew or purchase your seats by August 31 and receive: LA Galaxy signed mini ball.

 What games are included for 2021?

Season Ticket Memberships include all 17 regular season home games, preseason games and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup matches.

 How do I add season seats for the 2021 season?

To purchase additional season seats for the 2021 LA Galaxy season, please contact your Galaxy Service Executive directly or contact us at 877.3GALAXY (877.342.5299) or customerservice@lagalaxy.com.

 How do I purchase a season parking pass for 2021?

You can contact your Service Executive to add a parking pass to your renewal.

 Is there a bonus if I refer a friend for season tickets?

Season Ticket Memberships are always more enjoyable when you have friends sitting and attending games with you. Contact your executive with your referral contact info and if they purchase a season ticket you and the person you referred will be invited to our stadium scavenger hunt for a chance to win prizes and watch warm-ups from the field!

 Can I renew some (but not all) of my season seats from the 2020 season?

Yes. Please contact your Galaxy Service Executive, who will make the necessary adjustments to your renewal invoice or online account, so you can proceed with renewing the seats you want for 2021.

 How do I change the information (address, phone number, email address, credit card info) on my account?

Please contact your Galaxy Service Executive. Please note that for your security, we require the authorization of the primary accountholder to make changes to information on the account.

 How many people can I put on my account?

Only one name may be listed as the primary accountholder who can authorize other changes to the account. We can, however, add multiple email addresses to receive Season Ticket Member notifications.

 How does parking work for 2021?

Gold Lot

  • Discounted rate for Season Ticket Pass

  • Access to gates A, B, and D only

  • Will park in best available space for the Gold Lot (lots 12 &13).

Platinum Lot

  • Platinum Members have this included

  • Access to gates A and B only

  • Will park in best available space for the Platinum Lot (Lot 10).

  • Not available for pre-purchase

Lot 15

  • Suite members have this included

  • Access to gate A and Campaign Drive

  • Will park in best available space in Lot 15 (upper or lower)

  • Not available for pre-purchase

 What is AXS Mobile ID?

AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online or in the AXS mobile app and is the preferred admission method for the stadium. It eliminates paper tickets and allows you to enter the stadium with your AXS Mobile ID and manage your tickets digitally. AXS Mobile ID gives you the ability to transfer, sell and buy seats through an official marketplace endorsed by the stadium.

 Where can I manage my tickets?

You can manage your tickets in the following locations, which allow you to view your tickets, transfer them or list them for sale via AXS Official Resale which lists your tickets to the public alongside available LA Galaxy inventory.

 

 

 How do I get into the stadium?

Entry to Dignity Health Sports Park will occur within the AXS App or LA Galaxy App. Simply login on the app and pull up your event to display your QR code for scanning!

 Does AXS Mobile ID work with the LA Galaxy App?

Yes. AXS Mobile ID is fully integrated within the LA Galaxy app.
