FAQs for Return of Fans to LA Galaxy Games

Although there is a chance you may sit in or near your season seat location, the likelihood of getting your exact seat location is slim when we operate with reduced venue capacity.

Your account will remain in good standing if you do not elect to come to games this season. Your tenure, seat location and funds will be rolled over to the 2022 season through the renewal process.

You will have the choice of available seating to attend games, using your Account Credit. If you do not like the available options, we will keep your account in good standing and you can roll over into 2022.

The money you’ve paid on your account can be used to purchase tickets to upcoming games. If you still have funds on your account during renewal, those funds will be rolled over into the 2022 season.

Yes, you can roll over your season tickets into 2022 if you don’t elect to attend games in 2021.

Membership parking rates will continue to be offered for the GOLD lots.

This season, we do not plan to send out a commemorative box with tickets. However, we plan on mailing items throughout the season. Ensure we have your current address by logging in here and updating your contact information.

There will not be membership cards or printed tickets this season. We’re aiming to minimize contact where possible.

Each Season Ticket Member will get priority access to LA Galaxy games in 2021. Due to limited capacity, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to attend all games.

Even after the full 2021 season schedule is announced, our intention is to make only a few games available at a time. We believe this approach will allow us to adapt to changing circumstances. Please be sure to check your emails regularly to stay up to date.

At this time, we’re aiming to provide Season Ticket Members with priority to purchase tickets. We will do our utmost to adapt to the changing circumstances in Los Angeles County with our Season Ticket Members foremost in our mind and will communicate any changes as they are made.

All Season Ticket Members receive discounts at the Team LA Store and the MLS Store. Check your Season Ticket Member Bulletin or ask your service representative for your discount code. In addition members can expect LA Galaxy items in the mail. Stay tuned to your Bulletins for virtual events, special discounts and more.

Yes, fans will be able to attend 2021 LA Galaxy games at Dignity Health Sports Park.

Capacity for each event will follow all guidance for outdoor live events, which is determined by the tier Los Angeles County is in at the time of the event.

Concession stands will follow all guidance for outdoor live events, which is determined by the tier Los Angeles County is in at the time of the event. Food and beverage options will be available for purchase. There may be limitations on where food and beverage can be consumed.

Retail stores will follow all guidance for outdoor live events, which is determined by the tier Los Angeles County is in at the time of the event. Merchandise will be available for purchase.

We are working to minimize contact as much as possible. Dignity Health Sports Park will provide reverse ATMs to convert cash to prepaid cards, which you will be able to use outside the stadium as well.

Restroom facilities will be available at LA Galaxy home games.

Vaccinations will not be required to attend LA Galaxy events at this time. If attendance becomes contingent upon proof of vaccination, there will also be an option to present proof of a negative recent COVID-19 test in lieu of vaccination record.

Certain seating locations require that fans sitting in them be tested for COVID-19 at the venue on game day. Those locations are annotated in the online purchasing process as "Rapid Testing Required" and are listed as VIP seating. Guests over the age of 2 must wear face masks or face coverings that comply with CDC guidelines at all times when at Dignity Health Sports Park when not actively eating or drinking. This mask requirement applies to the stadium itself as well as surrounding parking areas, pedestrian areas, entryways and other ancillary areas on the Dignity Health Sports Park campus.

Following California guidelines, all buyers must reside in California to buy tickets.

A temperature screening will not be required to attend LA Galaxy games.  However, you will be required to answer screening questions before entry.

Entry to the stadium (parking or tickets) will be allowed only via scanning the LA Galaxy App or AXS App. Swiping a credit card or driver license will no longer be permitted.

Our first two games -- April 18 at Inter Miami CF and April 25 vs. New York Red Bulls at Dignity Health Sports Park -- were announced on March 10. Major League Soccer stated at that time that full dates of the 2021 season would be announced in the coming weeks.

The LA Galaxy Away Travel program is currently not available. Updates will made on lagalaxy.com/lax as circumstances change.
