Carson, Calif. (Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015) – LA Galaxy II (12-8-3, 39 pts.) will play in a USL Regular Season match at StubHub Center this Sunday, Aug. 23 at 3 p.m. PT when they host Seattle Sounders FC 2 following the LA-New York MLS matchup. The match will be streamed live on www.lagalaxy.com with Time Warner Cable SportsNet broadcast announcer Joe Tutino calling the action.

Sunday will feature a doubleheader with LA Galaxy and LA Galaxy II. All fans with tickets to the MLS match between LA Galaxy and New York City FC (12 p.m. PT) will have access to the USL match between LA Galaxy II and Seattle Sounders FC 2 (3 p.m. PT) at StubHub Center. Fans that only have tickets to the LA Galaxy II-Seattle Sounders FC 2 USL match will not have access to the MLS match between LA and New York.
Led by head coach Ezra Hendrickson, Seattle Sounders FC 2 are currently tied with Los Dos with 39 points on the season, just one point out of first place in the Western Conference standings. The team is led in goals by Pablo Rossi, who has netted seven goals and added two assists. The match marks the second time LA Galaxy II have faced off against Seattle this season, with the first coming in a 1-0 defeat on the road on June 11.
Last weekend, LA Galaxy II earned a dramatic 3-2 comeback victory over Austin Aztex at Kelly Reeves Athletic Complex, the new home for the USL club in Texas. Two goals by Jack McBean and one from Bradley Diallo were enough to earn three points on the road.
Following Sunday’s competition, Los Dos will travel for an away match against Arizona United SC on Saturday, Aug. 29 at 7:30 p.m. PT.
