LAGalaxy Goal of the Year presented by Bulletproof Coffee
The Portland Timbers may have won the 2015 MLS Cup, but Robbie Keane might have scored the goal of the year with his volley against the Cascadia outlet in the club’s meeting in October.
The goal came in the 36th minute when Juninho delivered a ball over the top of the Portland defense, which fell for Keane as he volleyed a shot into the Timbers' net. Keane went on to add another goal in the second half of the Galaxy’s eventual 5-2 defeat to the Timbers.
Keane ended the season with an MLS career-high 20 goals.
