Omar Gonzalez and Juninho will begin their Liga MX careers against one another on Friday.
The former LA Galaxy players and new clubs will face off in Tijuana when Gonzalez's C.F. Pachuca takes on Juninho's Club Tijuana in the first match of the Liga MX season. The match will begin at 7:30 p.m. PT.
Juninho made his Club Tijuana debut on Sunday when he went 14 minutes and added an assist in Xolos' 2-1 friendly win over Monarcas Morelia. Gonzalez and Pachuca also ended their preseason on Sunday with a 2-0 win over Chivas de Guadalajara.

— @XolosOficial (@XolosOficial) January 4, 2016The LA Galaxy host Club Tijuana in a preseason friendly on Feb. 9 at StubHub Center. A presale for the Season Ticket holders will be held on Jan. 7. Tickets for the friendly against Tijuana will go on sale to the public on Monday, Jan. 11.
