To register for the Cozmo’s Club Membership, fans must complete the form by using the code on their membership card at www.lagalaxy.com/cozmo.
From now until May 5th, six (6) lucky fans that purchase a May 8th Cozmo’s Club Presale package online will receive a Giovani Dos Santos signed photo (Size 11"x14").The signed photo will be presented to the selected individuals upon picking up the Cozmo’s Club package on May 8th.
The two (2) tickets to the LA Galaxy vs. New England Revolution match on May 8th will be available for pick up at the Southwest Box Office at StubHub Center on the day of the match under the buyer’s name. A valid form of identification is required in order to claim the tickets for the game. Each will call envelope will contain a certificate that must be brought to the Cozmo's Club booth in Soccerfest between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM in order to retrieve the Cozmo's Club package.
