CARSON, Calif. – LA Galaxy head coach Bruce Arena says that Robbie Keane and Gyasi Zardes “should be” available for Monday’s Fourth of July match with Vancouver Whitecaps FC.

Both Keane and Zardes returned to training on Friday as the team ramped up their preparation for next week’s clash with the Whitecaps.  With both players in full training, Arena is confident that they’ll suit up against Vancouver.

“This is the first day we’ve had them back. We gave Gyasi about a week off. It’s good to get the group back. We’re getting close to being healthy,” Bruce Arena told reporters on Friday. “Obviously the month of July is going to be big for us. I think as we hit the month of August we’re going to have our team hopefully in full speed and ready to really compete.”

Keane made two appearances for the Republic of Ireland at Euro 2016 while Gyasi Zardes played in six matches for the United States at the Copa America Centenario.
