Robbie Keane scores in final international appearance for the Republic of Ireland to cap off legendary career | INSIDER

Robbie Keane capped his international career with a goal in his 146th and final appearance for the Republic of Ireland on Wednesday.
Keane went 56 minutes and notched his 68th international goal in the Republic of Ireland’s 4-0 victory over Oman in Dublin. Keane’s goal pulled Ireland’s all-time leading goal scorer level with German soccer legend Gerd Müller for 14th place among international soccer’s all-time leading goal scorers.


Robbie Brady tallied a goal and Jonathan Walters had a brace to round out the scoring for the Republic of Ireland.
