LA Galaxy train at StubHub Center ahead of road match against FC Dallas | Weekly Schedule

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Monday, Sept. 26, 2016) – With just three games remaining in the 2016 MLS Regular Season, the LA Galaxy (11-5-14, 47 points) will travel for a match this Saturday, Oct. 1 when they face FC Dallas at Toyota Stadium at 6 p.m. PT live on Spectrum SportsNet and Spectrum Deportes. LA Galaxy II face Swope Park Rangers at Children’s Mercy Victory Field in Swope Soccer Village in Kansas City on Friday, Sept. 30, at 5:30 p.m. PT in the Western Conference Quarterfinals of the 2016 USL Cup Playoffs.
All time, the Galaxy are 33-22-11 against FC Dallas and 9-17-7 in matches played on the road. Saturday will mark the first time this season that the two sides will square off. FC Dallas currently sits atop MLS Western Conference and Supporters’ Shield standings with 53 points and a 15-8-8 record. The Galaxy will face Dallas twice in their final three matches, with the LA and Dallas also set to play on Oct. 23 at StubHub Center.
With a win Saturday, the LA Galaxy would clinch a 2016 MLS Regular Season playoff spot. In the team’s most recent match, the Galaxy fell to Seattle Sounders FC 4-2 Sunday at StubHub Center. LA’s +15 goal differential this year remains the best in MLS and their 53 goals scored this year are tied for the second-most in MLS.
