The LA Galaxy have partnered with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank to host a week-long food drive, which solicits food and cash donations from LA Galaxy staff, players and fans. Fans can contribute to the LA Galaxy’s food drive with LA Regional Food Bank this weekend by bringing canned foods to the Galaxy’s match this Sunday, Oct. 23 against FC Dallas at StubHub Center. The first 250 fans that donate five or more cans of food to the pregame food drive benefiting the LA Regional food bank will receive a Chick-fil-A gift card.

Earlier this week, Jose Villarreal and Oscar Sorto visited Torrance Church of Christ to volunteer by delivering food to over 250 seniors.
Fans can also stay involved after this Sunday’s match by volunteering during the Galaxy’s next Foundation Friday event, set for Friday, Oct. 28 at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank as LA Galaxy players, front office staff, Academy student athletes and fans will volunteer for a day of assistance at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, in preparation of the holidays. The Galaxy will be on site volunteering from 1-4 p.m. PT.
